You have been a pleasure to work with and thank you for all your attention to detail, prompt responsiveness and the warm and helpful way you dealt with my (very!) many queries and requests in getting the party organised.
On the night, all the staff were excellent and took a great deal of care and attention to ask about every aspect of the party to ensure all ran smoothly. The liaison between the staff was clear and everything was served efficiently and expertly, both attentive and unobtrusively. Many guests have passed on compliments about the way the food and drinks were served and I noticed myself that every request I made - even when not to the appropriate person - was responded to quickly and warmly.
As for the food; Anton and his team are superb. The canapés and meal were exquisite. Everything was beautifully cooked, served very hot and fresh and tasted delicious, the presentation was delightful. It could not have been surpassed. With all your help our party was a great success. We've had many calls and letters from our guests this week telling us how much they enjoyed it. Thanks very much to you all for making it so memorable.”
