Access & Location

Question MarkWhen does the venue open and close during events?

General hours are 8.00am until 1.00am.

Weekend hours: Saturday 10.00am until 11.00pm / Sunday 11.00am until 10.00pm

Early access (before 8.00am) is charged at £150.00 + VAT per hour.

Question MarkWhere are the nearest hotels?

195 Piccadilly is located in the heart of London’s West End offering access to some of the capitals best hotels including: The Dorchester, the Ritz, Le Meridien, Jermyn Street Hotel, the Sofitel, the Cavendish, Thistle Hotels.

Question MarkWhere can I park?

There is some parking space on Jermyn Street just behind 195 Piccadilly. The nearest car park is Old Burlington Street near Bond Street.

Question MarkWhat access is there to the building for offloading and loading?

There is a loading bay just outside the building and vehicles can pull up on the ‘hatched area’. Jermyn Street, just parallel to Piccadilly, can also be used for parking and loading.

Food & drink

Question MarkCan I bring my own caterers?

Unfortunately not - we have an exceptional team of onsite caterers working from a fully functioning kitchen.

However, the "Buy Out" option at weekends is the solution if you need to bring in your own caterers.

Question MarkDo you do Kosher food?

This is not part of our standard restaurant practice although for special events we may be able to provide Kosher-friendly food or customers can explore the "Buy Out" option . Please ask for more details.

Question MarkWhat is your license for drinking?

We have a license until 1.00am (guests to finish drinking at 12.30am and leave the building by 1.00am). For drinking after 1.00am we can apply for a late license (subject to approval and additional charge).

Pricing

Question MarkWhat commission do you pay to agents?

We pay venue finding agencies 8% commission on room hire & food only (excluding VAT).

Question MarkAre the prices including or excluding VAT?

All our quotations as well as prices listed on menus and wine lists are EXCLUSIVE of VAT. (The only exceptions are our drinks tariffs and members’ wine list).
